We are part of the Glasgow High Kelvinside family of sports clubs which are all based at Old Anniesland, the sports grounds of the High School of Glasgow.  We welcome female players of all abilities and there is no need to be linked to either Kelvinside Academy or HSOG.  Our Juniors section also accommodates boys as well as girls. We are focussed on playing great hockey and having lots of fun at the same time.

Our club colours are blue and white tops with a navy skort and blue, green and white striped socks. White tops and white socks are worn for away matches. Every player is allocated a player number that follows them through the club. Contact to request a number.  Our kit is provided through PSL sport.

We have seven teams with our 1st XI playing in Premiership. Our 2nd XI plays in National Championship.  Our other four teams play in the West District League, our 3rd XI in Division 1, 4th XI in Division 2, 5th in Division 3 and our 6th XIs play in Division 4. Our 7th XI is new for Season 23-24 and will play matches as a development side this season, aiming to enter league hockey next year. This means we are able to offer games at all levels!

We offer coaching to a variety of different ages and abilities.

Our 1st and 2nd XI provide the opportunity for players to compete at the highest level in Scotland. The two squads train twice a week - one night of which is together to support player development and linkage between the two squads.

The 3rd to 7th XIs all play within the different levels of WD (or development matches) and are coached across two nights by the same coaching team.  The Coaches and Captains of all 7 squads meet regularly to discuss player progression.

During the Christmas break Captains and Coaches also meet to discuss squad makeup for the second half of the season. At this point, players from the S2 Inters Group who have displayed the skills, attitude and readiness for senior training are invited to join Senior training for the 2nd half of the season.

1/2 XI pre-season for 2023-24 will commencing summer 2023 - dates TBC and all other sections will restart mid-late August.  Our Junior and Inters sections will continue in a series of training blocks .

We also offer coaching through our Juniors (P3-7) and Inters (S1 & S2) sections.

Both sections offer progression and continuity throughout the club.
